Team Announcements Lady Admirals Begin 2011 Season StrongLady Admirals Volleyball began the KIL tournament with 5 successful matches and captured two victories over Central and CAK. The Lady Admirals competed strong in the Early Bird tournament and finished 5-1. The Lady Admirals finished 2nd at the Chattanooga Choo Choo tournament.
First District matches began well for the Lady Admirals. They defeated Catholic and William Blount. This upcoming week will be a test with one out of district match and four district matches. Lady Admirals Successful 2010 SeasonLady Admirals finished in the sweet sixteen in the state for 2010. Great teamwork and preseason dedication earned several Lady Admirals individual honors this season.
 All Regular Season District Team: Kassie Detchemendy- Co Hitter, Kendall Knisley - Co Blocker, Kayla Hartman - Setter, District Season Team honors: Julia Alves, Meghan Glintenkamp, Paige West, District Tournament Team honors: MVP: Kayla Hartman, Kassie Detchemendy, Julia Alves, Shannon Bohnenberger. Region Tournament Team honors: Kayla Hartman and Kendall Knisley. The Lady Admirals traveled to Dobyns Bennett to play the Sub-state match and were defeated by Dobyns Bennett the TSSAA State Runner-ups for 2010. Lady Admirals Volleyball finished their season with a record of 15-1 in the District and 34-15 overall.
